Lot's of guests are asking me to recommend some restaurants to dine in while they are over. I live in Peyia so am privvy to the local tavernas and getting good value for money, so my top recommendation is always Costas Taverna, just a 5 minute walk from the villas. He offers a fantastic Meze at a great price and the food is always excellent. If you're not a fan of Meze, then you can chose something from the menu. Then you have Savvas grill in Peyia which does a great range of traditional Cypriot food.
For those who don't mind splashing out a bit, Andria restaurant in Coral Bay is my top spot. I love the range of steaks and they also sell Aberdeen Angus steaks! The decor and the waiting team gives the restaurant a real glamourous feel.
For families, the Coral King is another great restaurant in Coral Bay, I can heartily recommend the burgers in here and also the Caesar salad is a great choice as well, although I've never managed to finish it, it's so filling.
For those that want something a bit special and are looking to indulge a bit, then head into Paphos to Il Classico where you can enjoy some wonderful haute cuisine food at very good prices.
These are my top restaurant recommendations for anyone staying in Cyprus! I hope you enjoy them.

Things to do and people to see
What a hectic week, the villas are fully booked for the next couple of weeks at least and I'm beginning to get a little jealous of the trips out.
A lot of the guests have taken themselves to Paphos waterpark for the day and then one party ventured a bit further out to Limassol's waterpark which is apprently a bit bigger than Paphos, can't comment as I haven't been to it yet, but they loved it.
We have guests looking to do some hacking at the stables and they're off on Wednesday to Aphrodite Hills for a couple of hours horse riding in the morning.
Ayia Napa, Troodos, cruises, diving, golf, they are all definitely getting out and about! I tried to talk one chap into treating his wife to a spa while he and his mate went to play golf, but I don't think they were having any of it! I hope she went shopping instead!
It's turned really hot now, so many people are taking to their pools, I've been seeing some weird and wonderful infaltables hitting the pools, from comfy chair floats, to crocodiles and dolphins.
I hope everyone is having a great time and enjoying summer!
